Noor is a Research Fellow at CERN (Switzerland). In the Horizon Europe project OpenWebSearch.eu she is responsible for Infrastructure Engineering, Development of Science Search Applications as well as tasks related to ELSA (ethical, legal, societal) topics and the Governance of the federated open search infrastructure.
